VISITOR Nondisclosure AgreementIf visitors to your company might have access to company trade secrets, ask them to sign this nondisclosure agreement. We've removed many of the provisions from other NDAs in order to make this a short, easy-to-understand agreement; one that visitors shouldn't object to signing. Give visitors a signed copy. You can find an explanation for the Visitor Nondisclosure agreement here.
